Pet Policy: The requirements below DO NOT apply to Service or Companion Animals. 

A Service or Companion Animal (Assistance Animal) will be approved with appropriate verification. Please review the Reasonable Accommodation and Modification Policy.  

Pets will be permitted only in accordance with the Pet Policy established by Management and in accordance with HB25-1207. All pets must be registered with the office before moving them into the community. Pets will be permitted with following restrictions and must meet all city/county/state/etc requirements:  

Pet deposit: $200.00 per pet {must be paid in full or an approved payment plan must be executed prior to the pet being allowed on property)  

Pet rent: $20.00 per month  

Pet restrictions: in accordance with HB25-1207 

Number of Pets permitted: 2
